Danger Time for the Overweight

I know you've heard the statistics--the average person gains 7 pounds over the Holidays. Thankfully that appears to not be true. But still, this is a particularly dangerous time for folks who are already overweight. Studies show that we are more likely to gain much more weight than average. Worse, once gained, those pounds don't go away, but instead build up over time to a real problem.

Take control! Make sure your exercise routine isn't a victim of the busy Holiday season and indulge with moderation in all the extra treats around you. Better yet, be proactive and aim to end this Holiday season 10 pounds down! I can help! Get in touch and find out what Isagenix can do for you! Think how good we'll all look on New Year's Eve, even if mine is more likey to end with a child or two asleep on my lap than a tuxedo party downtown!.
